Happy Christmas to you all! We hope you have a lovely time, no matter what your beliefs are.

On his bike...

We had a quiet Christmas Day at home, and an even quieter Boxing Day. As I write this, the rest of the family are out on their bikes (unfortunately, we can't find the Schraeder adaptor for mine and one of the tyres is flat), led by the eldest. There's been a lot of reading, watching, playing and eating, and a lovely Christmas Service.

The only downside has been that my mother has been ill and unable to enjoy the day; fortunately, the call out Doctor has diagnosed an infection, dispensed anti-biotics and she's much more with it today.
